Today’s task for you is an introspection exercise. Find some time to sit alone in a quiet and calming atmosphere and write down a motivational message to yourself.
State a big goal that you want to achieve with a better intellect and ask yourself 6 times WHY you want to achieve it.
You will then arrive at the core of your goal – why being intelligent is so important to you. Write this goal on sticky notes, papers and possibly set as a background picture on your laptop and phone. This will invariably be reminding you that you are on the mission of becoming a more intelligent person and unlocking your potential, therefore you will keep motivated and self-encouraged until your new habits are built and the brain power increases.
