Benefits of Yoga Nidra

Depending on what do you want to achieve with the practice, the instructions can vary. There are various forms of Yoga Nidra, each concentrating on a different aspect. In this program, we focus more on relaxing and de-stressing properties of Yoga Nidra. Starting from this course, you will practice once every course, but you are free to save the recording and do it more often. Yoga Nidra can be practiced daily, in the morning or in the evening, with the benefits occurring over a period of time, but sometimes you can see them immediately.
