To clean your mind, you first need to understand what clutters it, for which you should have a regular internal dialog (not to confuse with negative self-talk) and introspection. The two easiest ways are to regularly practice mindfulness and keep a journal where you would put your thoughts and observations. By writing down how specific situations make you feel, you see what events bring the best or the worst in you and investigate it further.
