Walking posture

When you walk or stand, remember about keeping your spine straight and distribute whatever weight you are carrying equally between both sides of your body. When you carry a bag only in one hand, make sure to change hands as you walk to shift gravity center equally, otherwise, you may create spine distortions. Keep your head up, and shoulders rolled back to help you achieve a more dignified posture and cheered up mind.

When you stand – pay attention to how you support yourself and where is the gravity center. Keep your spine straight and make sure to distribute your weight proportionally between two legs. When you cross your legs or bend one of the knees in standing, which causes your pelvis to loose its parallel position to the floor, you may impact your spine negatively. Make sure you change the legs you bend or the direction of the cross to shift gravity center to another side equally.
