You started slowly, from working on increasing your awareness through awakening your senses. How does it feel to direct your full attention to one of your senses? Do you find it easy to focus on one aspect of the informational highway that connects you with the outside world? And most of all, do you see the difference now between what the world is (or could be) and your perception of the world?

Let’s talk a bit more about the senses. You may have felt a bit of contradiction during this week in what you were reading, and I hear you! On the one hand, I said that we don’t pay attention to the senses, but at the same time, that you get bombarded with the information! Shouldn’t your senses be more receptive once you receive more input? Why then should you spend time to stimulate them even more additionally?
