In this course, we discuss stress quite briefly. All of other courses in Personal Development also include this topic, as well as ways to deal with the stress relevant to the lifestyle area covered. We do plan, however, to develop a separate course on stress management and sleep improvement.

Brain Hacking approaches stress from the neuroplasticity perspective, and Mindfulness is a tool in itself to counteract stress.
