In business space, a new type of SMEs is on the rise – social enterprises. These are for-profit companies; however, the primary goal is to solve one of the social problems.

For example, you can be a social enterprise by providing employment to sensitive and marginalized communities, by providing a low-cost solution to beneficiaries from low-income families, or helping people who can’t afford to get qualifications with reduced-price or free education which could help them to find employment.

Many Social Enterprises are run by young individuals who work full time, merging their passion for help with the financial security that stable employment provides.
