Sitting cross-legged

This is very connected to the previous point. Meditation, often (but not always) is done in a sitting crossed-legged. This does not automatically imply mindfulness.

You can be mindful when you work, study, when you talk to someone or do your daily chores. It is a state of mind, which is not dictated by the position of your body.
