Shaping your body perception

Take a moment to identify your thought patterns. For all the negative thoughts create a counter thought, which will be empowering and cheerful. If you think you are ugly, think how beautiful is every centimeter of your body – it is unique, and the only and it belong to you exclusively, isn’t it amazing?

When you think that some parts of your body do not function the way you see as optimal, notice how great it is to be able to do everything you can! You are so fortunate in having what you have, it already gives you so many opportunities and uses!

And if you have some unreasonable grudges to your body – for example, you are not happy with the tone of your skin or the way your facial features are formed – remind yourself that you should only want to change in your body what you have control over and accept everything that you have no power to change.
