In this course, you start tuning into your senses, slowly engaging them to reconnect with your body and start experiencing your life as it happens.
Before you progress to experiencing your body from the inside, let’s first learn anew what sensations it delivers to you from the outside.
You have five senses which are a communication gateway between the outside world and internal interpretation of it. Any information which gets into your brain does so through your senses of smell, touch, sight, hearing, and taste.
