Contentment is the second niyama. It is said in Yoga Sutras that unexcelled happiness comes from the practice of contentment. This rule implies that when you are serious with your intentions, you should find contentment in yourself. When you are dissatisfied (do not accept yourself) you can’t really move to a higher level and progress in your life substantially.
