Practice gratitude

It is easier to adopt a victim mentality, thinking about how much you don’t have. It is harder but more rewarding to create an appreciation for what you already have.

Instead of limiting beliefs like “others have more”, think of how much you already have. If you can afford to have a phone on which you are reading this piece of information, chances are you can also afford a meal, shelter, and clothes to protect your body.

You have what you need. Focus on this instead of thinking that you don’t have what you want (need and want are different!)
