Pain is a signal

In eastern traditions, pain is actually welcomed. It is a dialog with the body. While managing pain, the attention is given to its origin, to the root of the pain. Some pain is not possible to heal, but it doesn’t need to influence our lives in such a profound manner. Meditation teaches how to enjoy life when you need to live with pain through the perception change, and also helps the pain to diminish when its origin is a manageable condition in the body which can be addressed.

Your body can heal itself, but it needs your help with this.
