It could be frustrating to find yourself in such a situation as we have now, regardless of whether you are sick, or know someone who is. But we can’t let the situation to get the best out of us. As much as it could feel natural, resist the panic and do your best to bring mental composure to your days. Mental health and positive attitude are indispensable for all of us to get through these times.
