I am not going to fool you that mediation or breathing is entertaining, though at times it may be so. Neither meditation nor pranayama are designed for entertainment; these are formal or informal practices, developed throughout millennia and serve as tools to achieve better health, presence, sanity, personal development in a sense, mental wellbeing and spirituality.

You may be bored with your job, but the financial benefits you are receiving from it will make this feeling at times less prominent, but at times a necessity to sustain yourself. The same way the benefits of meditation and breathing practice are indispensable in today‚Äôs world to truly live, be happy and mentally healthy. We all need this peace, stress management and mental tension discharge that mindfulness gives us.
