How does it happen

Meditation enables you this self-directed adaptation because you influence the changes in your brain by observing your thoughts and detaching from them, preventing the formation of bad habits or enabling good ones. You choose what you need to adapt to, and that is how you gain control over your actions, behaviors, and reactions to thoughts and emotions.

Next day when you do practice, try to do two of them – the next level of Nadi Shodhana and Breathing Meditation. Schedule some more time for this.

Start with Nadi Shodhana (the lesson after the next one). After this, proceed to Breathing Meditation (the lesson you had already in this course – simply navigate back to the past guided lesson).
