Try adjusting your sleep-wake cycle to the sun cycle and keep it constant. This will help you feel energetic throughout the day, wake up naturally in the morning without an alarm and feeling refreshed. If you can, do 5-15 minutes outdoor exercise with the first sun – go for a run, do the mindful movement (yoga, tai-chi) or simply stretch. This will magnify the morning energy and charge you for the full day.
