Preparation

In today’s exercise, we concentrate on mindful eating. This practice is traditionally done as a part of the MBCT program, before the program starts. It is called raisin meditation, and you should use a few raisins for this. But you are free to choose another dried fruit or nuts if you are not allergic.

Before you proceed to exercise, please prepare three raisins or nuts and make sure you can spend a few minutes doing the exercise when no one will disturb you.

You can also do this practice in a group, but everyone should be equally engaged and respectful of others. Concentrate on your inner experience instead of how do you look or how do you compare to others. This is your me-time!
