The brain is our control system. It is a steering committee that gives commands to the entire body. All the things that happen in our body are controlled by the brain from its Headquarters – the skull that protects this precious organ from the outside world.
The brain receives information from the outside with the help of five senses – touch, hearing, sight, smell, and taste. Brain processes all the information collected and activates appropriate functions based on its decision-making process. The output of the brain’s work can be in the form of movement of any part of your body, speech, storing the information for the future use (memory) or activating an internal process.
