With regards to your spine, organize your workstation so that you are comfortable, your spine is supported, and your head is straight. The screen should be in front of you with its middle on the level of your eyes so that you don’t need to strain your neck by looking up or down.

Also, make sure both of your elbows can be supported by the desk surface and the shoulders, therefore, are on the same level, not causing your spine to slant.
