Denial is not an answer

When depression comes – you should not ignore it. Such as with the climate change, denial will only make it worse and can cause a self-propelling feedback loop, intensifying stress and the condition with each day.

Do not wait until it’s too late if you suspect depression – acknowledge it early on, and look first for non-medical alternatives to fight it (sports, therapy, mindfulness, social activity, time spent in nature, proper nutrition…).
