Customer Persona, their needs and Insights

Leveraging on your previous workings to define your target persona and empathy map, clearly define who your target user/customer is. 


From the Empathy Map and work you’ve done in the previous lesson brainstorm the needs the customer may have. You can think of this as pain points or things that help them perform their activities in a more efficient way.


From the workings in the previous lesson,  frame the insights that you got with regards to helping the customer resolve their need, or why the need (previous step) is meaningful to improve their situation.
