Education improves cognitive capacity and slows down aging when the elderly do at least a few hours of cognitive training every week. You can think of this as working your brain muscle. But with the education, you should be careful about what you select to learn and approach the topic strategically to reap the benefits from it.

Make a list of skills you’d like to develop and topics you’d like to understand and look for courses and books that would help you gain this knowledge.
