Choose your habit to change

Already now, you should have at least one habit you want to start working on. Write it down and write down which habit you want to build instead. Put down a plan how you want to start working on the habit transformation, you can refine it as you progress. However, you should start. Take small steps and do it consistently – you will be much more successful than a big-bang approach. 

Summing up:

  • Choose 1 to 2 habits to work on (small step)
  • Write it down (commitment)
  • Start working on it now (decision)
  • Repeat the new habit as often as possible, even when you are not successful the first few times. Keep doing that! (consistency)
