Central Nervous System

Together with the spinal cord, the brain forms the Central Nervous System. The brain and the spine are interconnected with tiny threads – nerve fibers that are used for communication between them. Spine receives the messages from the brain and communicates it further to other parts of the body, where an extensive network of nerves form a Peripheral Nervous System. That’s how the brain controls your movement as well as receives and sends sensory signals.

Whatever you feel, think or do originates in your brain, and you can increase its power by working on your development.
