Body compassion

When a part of your body is unwell, think how you could accept it and be with it. Mindfulness means permitting yourself to feel whatever there is at the moment and accept it with awareness and compassion towards yourself. When you create this self-empowering positive attitude, your mind suddenly becomes more satisfied, which also brings relaxation and joy to your body. 

Would you want to treat your friend in a bad way? To offend it with hurtful words and make them feel bad? You wouldn’t, right? We, humans, often treat others much better than ourselves. When you can give people around respect, compliments and love, why not to become friends with your body and treat it the same way as you treat others?
