Mindfulness does not resolve your problems for you. It doesn’t make you emotionless. In fact, emotions and thought arise by themselves, you can’t fully control them. You can, however, control your reaction to them, which mindfulness helps you with.

You may still experience pain and unpleasant feelings, but you will do so with the accepting willingness to be with whatever happens inside your body and mind. It needs a fair amount of bravery, to face what’s really inside, but it also gives a massive liberation. Is the whole new type of feeling.
