Alcohol abuse, overworking

When you have more than 7 (for women) or 14 (for men) servings of alcohol per week, you may need to review your drinking habits. 7 and 14 are considered moderate consumption for an average person, and anything more than that may have a detrimental effect on your health.

At the moment, we do not have dedicated programs on addiction management (including workaholism and overcommitment to extracurriculars). However, you may want to supplement your treatment (if it’s hard to change without help) with Mindfulness and Brain Hacking programs on Z Game Changers platform.
