Add more mindfulness in your days

These are mindfulness pointers which you can incorporate in your day without scheduling additional time. Make sure to have as many of them in your day as possible:

  • Mindful Walking 
  • Body activation after sitting for a long time
  • Watching breathing 
  • Doing mundane activities mindfully
  • Changing perspective from which you see things
