Add more mindfulness in your days


These are mindfulness pointers which you can incorporate in your day without scheduling additional time. Make sure to have as many of them in your day as possible:

  • Mindful Walking 
  • Body activation after sitting long
  • Watching breathing 
  • Doing mundane activities mindfully
  • Changing the perspective of how you see things 

You may want to do one of the following activities additionally or replace with one of the scheduled practices you have incorporated so far:

  • Rose meditation 
  • Yoga Nidra 

Remember about using mudras, when it feels nice to you.
