Mindfulness is an interesting word. It is used to describe an approach to actions and behaviors and at the same time it is a whole philosophy, a way of living, a way of being.

The desire to become more mindful originates from the profound realization that something in your life needs to change, that things can’t be the way there are at the moment.

At the same time, mindfulness may seem like an unimportant change, because we got used to quantifying everything. How does the change translate into monetary value? Will I increase my qualifications?

Mindfulness brings us qualitative change, which we may perceive as low priority on our to-do list. Mindfulness works with what’s inside, allowing you to bring more focus, awareness, and presence into your life. This may also lead to an improvement in quantitative measures of your life, but to track this connection may not be that easy.
