Adequate amount of sleep can not only boost your immunity, it is indispensable for it. Insufficient sleep and sleep of low quality decreases your immunity immediately. The infamous neuroscientist Matthew Walker in his book “Why We Sleep” brings about studies which show that one night of sleep deprivation or sleeping less than 7 hours impacts immunity for a year!
