As you are nearing to the end of this course, it’s time to summarize what changes happened since you started. I hope that you can relate better now to the concept of mindfulness and understand the benefits that it can bring you when you keep practicing diligently. 

Mindfulness course

Many mindfulness courses start from meditation straight away, but I found it can sometimes be challenging for newbies. You did experience some meditations in Mindfulness I, but I tried to select the ones which help you slowly get used to the practice of stillness and understand that mental chatter can still happen during meditation, which is totally fine!
