Many people, surprisingly the ones who would benefit from mindfulness the most, do not want to try it because of many misconceptions about what mindfulness is or isn’t.

It is often thought of as woo-woo practices or activities unnecessarily taking their precious time away from them. But mindfulness is an approach now well researched and examined by science with the benefits which show directly in your brain wiring, which changes with meditation and other mindful activities.
