Raisin meditation is a mindful eating exercise which helps you to become more mindful, the more you practice it. Whereas we concentrate today on awakening the sense of taste, raisin meditation engages almost all of your senses.

Prepare 3 raisins or nuts and find a place where you can spend a few minutes of uninterrupted quality time. Ideally, the room should be free of noise and background sound.
