More and more people are being affected by a feeling, which eventually leads to eco-anxiety. Namely eco-guilt. Blaming oneself for not doing enough, not being enough or committing an accidental slip in your environmental attitude – wanting meat while being vegan (we touch on veganism in separate courses), drinking with a plastic straw or using plastic bags in a store, because you forgot your tote bag.

If you feel guilty because of similar reasons as mentioned earlier – you are not alone. However, it is not something that you should feel – it is neither good for your mental health nor for the planet. In the end, you are still a human, and getting rid of the habits that you spent the whole of your life building isn’t an overnight task.
